Blog RSSBlazing The Trail With Beijing Nails!
Preparing and packing up all the junk you think you might need when you are traveling around the world can be a real pain in the butt. However, no matter how tedious the work might be I still manage to have a little fun with it! For starters, three days prior to my departure I take a relaxing day at "Max Hair and Nail Salon" for a complete head-to-toe customized USA nail treatment! This year my nail art designer, Nick, hooked me up with a nail art design we like to call "Dee-Nails USA"! After that I walk right next door to Knoxville's most popular supplement shop "The Health Shoppe" and let my buddy Eddie set me up with enough vitamin supplements to get through the summer. After that I run over to "Best Buy" and rack up on all the latest and my favorite movies on DVD making sure to get Season 5 of "SpongeBob SquarePants" because I like to watch him before I race. The last stop on my list is always "Wallie World" referred to by most folks as Wal-Mart! Its like my favorite store in the whole wide world! Wal-Mart has everything you ever need under one roof, which just makes my life so much easier!
Here's What's In My Buggy to Beijing!
1. Individually packaged SpongeBob SquarePants Cheez-It snacks
2. 100-calorie Lorna Doone cookies (Only 100 calories, they're good for you! Well I keep telling myself that anyway.)
3. Apple Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Quaker Oatmeal (Breakfast of champions)
4. Sun-dried Raisins (Just because I like them)
5. 100% organic fruit snacks (Ummm... My favorite)
6. Travel Roller Book-bag
7. Travel-wise Universal Wattage Converter ( You don't want to blow you laptop out. That would be ugly and extremely depressing.)
8. Crayola "no sharpen" Crayons with coloring and activity book (It gets pretty boring on a 14-hour plane ride!)
9. Vacuum Space-Saver Bags (I had to try them! The infomercial looked so cool!)
10. Travel fold-out vanity bag (My old one was completely torn up!)
11. And of course all the other day-to-day necessities i.e. toothpaste, soap, shampoo, lotion, Q-tips)
Well that about does it! After all that all you have to do is put it all in a bag which usually only takes me about five to seven hours! You don't want to forget anything, because once you are gone there is no coming back!
